Reporting to our Managing Director & CEO Australia, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing the customer experience function in Australia for our market-leading construction design software package. The role includes the operational management and development of processes to ensure our customers quickly reach optimal use of the software. As demand for the software increases, the role will expand to include developing and leading an onboarding team.
We are in an exciting phase of growth; this is a new role, and part of a new team we are forming on either side of the Tasman.
We are looking for a high performing individual who can demonstrate the following:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, developing and leading a customer success / service team
- Experience within the heavy engineering / fabrication / construction industry
- SaaS experience and exposure, and understanding of coding will be preferential
- Personally motivated by a passion for innovation, technology, and sustainability
- A propensity for relationship building
- Ability to communicate with confidence to a wide variety of people
