Donovan Group has been growing rapidly for some time now. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, qualified and enthusiastic HR Manager to join us at what is a significant period of organisational transformation for us.
We are looking for a leader of people and a collaborative team player with drive and passion both for the role and the team. Demonstrate your skills in the development and implementation of relevant strategies and have an edge in understanding and managing HR complexities with a great record of accomplishment.
Authenticity and sound emotional intelligence and the ability to manger a busy workload is a must.
The ideal applicant would have at least 5 years experience in a fast-paced HR manager role.
This is a hands on role, with a broad generalist remit you will be involved with every aspect of the people function including the likes of ER/IR, organistational development, recruitment and engagement, reporting, performance, payroll, L&D, and providing leadership, sound advice and support to all levels of management.
Key skills and experience for this role would include:
- Depth of board HR experience, solid working knowledge of NZ employment legalisation deliver meaningful considered contemporary and thoughtful business focuses solutions
- Commercially grounded, can take a holistic view across all people dynamics and have the resilience to calmly manage complexity
- Quickly build credibility with the team across the business by tailoring your advice and support to deliver pragmatic outcomes for their contexts
